Restricted Regions

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Parker Playground is not available everywhere. Online gambling law differs by country and, in some countries, by state or province. This page lists the places where we do not offer the Service. It is your responsibility to confirm that participating is lawful where you are located before you play.

Where we don't operate

We do not knowingly offer real-money play, and will block access or decline accounts, from the following jurisdictions:

Jurisdiction	Reason
Australia	Interactive Gambling Act prohibits unlicensed online casino.
Cuba	Sanctions / embargo.
Curaçao	Local residents excluded under the licence terms.
France	Reserved monopoly / ANJ-licensed operators only.
Iran	Comprehensive sanctions.
Netherlands	Requires a Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) licence.
North Korea	Comprehensive sanctions.
Syria	Comprehensive sanctions.
United Kingdom	Requires a UK Gambling Commission licence.
United States — outside New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan	Service is limited to eligible players physically located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Michigan under applicable local authorisation; every other US state and territory is restricted.

This list may change as laws change. Where a country is listed, the restriction applies to all of its territories unless we state otherwise.

No circumvention

Accessing the Service from a restricted region — including by using a VPN, proxy, false location, or false registration details — is a breach of our Terms of Service. If we detect it, we may close the account, void any winnings, and return only verified deposits to source, subject to AML and sanctions checks. You must also not appear on any OFAC, EU, UK, or UN sanctions list.
