Step by step

Open Games and select the partner platform you want to use. Create a game account if the platform asks you to.

Read the platform's Load & redeem rules, including the allowed amounts and any redemption requirements.

Choose Add credits (Load), enter a supported whole-dollar amount available in your wallet, and confirm once.

Wait for the transfer confirmation and check the game balance before opening the partner game. Keep your game login details private.

Loading moves funds from your wallet to the selected game account; it is not another deposit. Some games use your wallet directly and do not have a Load button.
