Request a withdrawal

Step by step

1. Sign in and open Cashier, then choose Withdraw. Check your withdrawable balance and complete any verification requested.
2. Select an available payout method. Enter an amount within the limits shown and review the fee and net amount you will receive.
3. Enter your own correct payout details, double-check them, and submit the request once.
4. Follow the request in Fund History. Submission is not payment confirmation; requests may require checks and approval before payout.

Game funds may need to be collected first. Follow any collection or verification message. Do not submit another request while the first is pending.
