Open the same partner platform in Games and refresh its balance. Check its Load & redeem rules and any eligibility message.

Choose Redeem and follow the amount options shown. Confirm once and wait while the transfer is processed.

Check your wallet and Fund History for the confirmed redeemed amount. If you want a payout to your payment account, request a separate withdrawal in Cashier.

Redeem is not a withdrawal. Redemption limits, play requirements, and eligible amounts can differ by game. If a transfer is queued or unconfirmed, check its status before retrying.
